COPA Container Orchestration for Pipeline Applications

Workflow management system for modern cloud infrastructures

COPA is an application for defining and running compute-intensive workflows on a cluster of machines.


COPA is composed of 3 parts. First, an application with a graphical user interface, server and database 
which allows the user to define, save and run workflows. Second, the workflow controller for managing process sequences 
on the OpenShift cluster. And finally, the OpenShift cluster composed of local or remote machines that provide
the computational resources required.
